8-16 player sessions allow for direct instruction in a team-like environment. Players can expect to have a ball with them at all times as we focus on:
Technical Skill Development
Ball Mastery
Body Positioning
This training helps with first touch, moving into space, taking on defenders, and getting your body involved in the play allowing kids to be a threat in all areas of the field.
1v1 or 2v1 sessions allow for position-based training. Here is where kids will get direct instruction on things related to their posision, such as
Finishing
Positioning
First Touch
One-on-one defending
Improved decision making
and more
1v1 and 2v1 instruction can also help accelerate players' growth - this option is great for kids with time-specific goals.
It starts with the notebook kids receive at the start of each camp. Guided journaling questions allow for kids to discover their why, navigate internal challenges, and practice staying grounded.

More and more folks are recognizing the intensity that can come with youth sports. A mental health performance lens allows kids to learn to self-regulate, prevent burnout, and enjoy being a kid in a competitive environment.
